Description:  Our church's VBS program this summer will run from Monday, June 16 to Friday, June 20 from 9 am to 3 pm, for children entering 1st to 6th grade in Fall 2025.

The registration fee is $180 per child. If payment is made by March 2, the Early Bird rate is $160 per child.

Country Lane Elementary School- a Beautiful Day 365 project. This will be designing a school garden on site:

• Build an outdoor whiteboard cabinet for classes and teachers to use while doing science lessons out in the garden. It will also be a place where teachers can communicate with one another on which maintenance items need to be handled • Also build a path in between the fruit trees that will be planted (if the budget and time permits, we will also plant these fruit trees) • 40 volunteers (Child friendly)- from CCIC, Westgate, Country Lane parents and employees • Estimated time is 6 hours • Considering having a celebration afterward at CCIC with food and refreshments for all participants.

1. Hope Horizon Flooring Project

We will be replacing the original 26 year old carpet in the entryway and hallway with LVP flooring. Tentative work dates are below:

Sat, Aug 9 – remove old flooring TBD week of Aug 10: - prep for flooring installation Sat, Aug 16 – Install new flooring and baseboard

2. Hope Horizon Deck Project

We will build a 12 x 20 deck for Hope Horizon to use as a middle school activity area.

Sat, Sep 20 – Work Day

3. Hope Horizon Landscaping Project

We will be replacing the old mulch in the play area with rubber mulch and refreshing the old mulch around the perimeter of the grounds.
